PNU-LOK Safety Lock

The PNU-LOK can be used on any equipment which requires the locking of a motion when pneumatic pressure is lost.    

The PNU-LOK is often used when Operator safety is a concern.  

 

 

OPERATION

Lock disengages when pneumatic pressure in applied to cylinder.

Lock engages via coil spring, upon loss of pneumatic pressure.

Unlike other commercially available rod-lock devices, the PNU-LOK offers these advantages:

  • The PNU-LOK completely disengages during machine operation, thereby eliminating any rubbing or wearing of components

  • Low pneumatic pressure (from 30 PSI) required for operation

  • Design requires a less-critical installation, set-up and alignment than other brands
